Just four days ago, I shared my aspirations for April regarding my Medium views, and I'm excited to report that I'm beginning to see those expectations materialize. I don't believe the influx of writers on Medium will start to decline with the arrival of spring, but I anticipate that when it does, my revenue will grow significantly.

In the last few days, I've managed to boost my views without implementing any extraordinary measures. Observing my view statistics, I noticed that from March 17 to March 23, my average daily views were approximately 150. However, in the past five days, that number has jumped to an average of 200 views per day. While this might not appear to be a massive increase, it translates to about a 33% rise, which I find remarkable.

It's worth noting that the views count for March 29 is recorded as zero since the Medium counter resets at that time.

Chapter 2: The Impact on Earnings

This growth in views has undoubtedly been reflected in my earnings on Medium, but I'll delve into that in a couple of days when March concludes. As I mentioned in my article outlining my strategy for April, I've made it a point to post a new article every morning. Previously, my schedule didn’t allow me to prepare my articles in advance; my workday starts at 7 AM, which left me with little time to write, so I would publish in the afternoons.

From what I've observed, morning postings have positively influenced my view count because it maximizes the time my articles are available for readers. This timing is effective regardless of your location, as the Medium view counter resets at midnight.

While this may seem like a straightforward tip, it has made a significant difference for me. I remain hopeful that my view count will continue to rise and that April will be the first month in 2024 where I surpass $300 in earnings on Medium.
