Are you prepared to meet the founder of the Intentional Success Tribe?

Q: Where do you currently reside?

A: I live in New York, specifically Staten Island, though I originally hail from Brooklyn.

Q: Who do you assist, what motivates you to serve, and what is your approach?

A: I empower ambitious women leaders and entrepreneurs to transition from contemplation to action by connecting them with a network of collaborators and connectors, which I refer to as their Success Tribe. This community includes aligned partners, enthusiastic sponsors, and ideal clients. I cherish this work because, as an introvert, establishing my Success Tribe through high-trust, impactful relationships has significantly contributed to my career and business achievements.

Q: What inspired you to become an Ambassador for the Spring Success Tribe Summit?

A: I initiated this event due to the immense potential in the relationships fostered among Black and Brown communities. I aim to equip them with the necessary tools to create alignment in those relationships, ultimately generating wealth through career and business development.

Q: What’s your go-to "hype" song?

A: Jay-Z's "Roc Boys" always gets me pumped! It’s funny because I’m not a huge Jay-Z fan, but being a Brooklyn girl, the hustle in that song inspires me to feel unstoppable!

Q: Which social media platform do you prefer, and why?

A: I’m a fan of Clubhouse because it allows introverted powerhouses like me to shine. It’s a platform where I’ve been able to combine my speaking and hosting skills with my talent for building trusting connections. Since joining in May 2021, I’ve generated over $50k and forged lifelong relationships that will enhance both my personal and professional life.

Q: How have you expanded your business and network by embracing community?

A: I manage a free Facebook group and a private paid collaboration space, facilitating aligned connections and partnerships. This strategy has revolutionized my business by allowing me to create a lucrative service model centered on community and service.

Q: What’s your top collaboration advice?

A: Begin with alignment and always lead with generosity. If there’s no alignment, you risk being taken advantage of when you give. Hence, it’s crucial to identify the types of collaborations that will benefit both you and your partners. Also, trust takes time to develop, so invest time in building rapport, and the trust will follow naturally, yielding significant long-term benefits.

Q: What is one of your proudest professional achievements?

A: As a Tribe Builder and Master Connector, I take great joy in making introductions that lead to powerful synergies and exciting projects. I receive thank-you notes and messages daily, but my proudest accomplishment is building a thriving business that aligns with my authentic gifts while allowing me to serve others daily, which is my true passion.
