When you head to the Medium homepage and search for your name, here's what you might find:
To my relief, I discovered that I don’t share my name with anyone on Medium. It’s a comforting feeling to find that I have a unique presence on the platform.
When you search for your name on your profile, you’ll see at least your top five most viewed articles, as well as those that have garnered the most engagement. This information can be pivotal! It can help you determine whether to feature your most popular article on your profile or perhaps even an underperforming one to attract more traffic.

Here's how it appears on mobile devices. In the Stories tab, your top articles will be visible. The People tab will prominently display your name—assuming you don’t share it with someone else who’s more well-known. Meanwhile, your Stories tab may keep your list private when someone searches for your name.
