This segmentation allows you to identify when you are most energized, enabling you to tackle your most challenging tasks during those peak times.

Building on the previous point, creating intentional transitions between segments of your day is crucial. Breaks, work, and meals often blend together, lacking clear distinctions.

Consider incorporating activities like a short walk or meditation to signal the beginning of a new phase, which can set a positive tone for the remainder of that segment.
