The average age of participants was 35.5 years, with a mean penis length of 11.2 cm and a circumference of 6.8 cm. The analysis revealed that body weight, body mass index (BMI), testosterone levels, and nose size were interconnected. Notably, BMI and nose size emerged as significant indicators of stretched penis size, while circumference was related to height, weight, BMI, nose size, and foot size. Furthermore, body weight and testicular size also played a key role in determining penile circumference.

According to the researchers, “Nose size was a significant predictor of penis size. Both penis and nose sizes increased with decreasing BMI. This fascinating study validates an age-old myth regarding penis size,” stated the authors.
