With short attention spans affecting about 95% of readers, dense text is no longer appealing. To retain your audience's interest, prioritize concise formatting and brief sentences. Effective use of quotes and punchy lines can make your content visually engaging, which is essential for crafting articles that have the potential to go viral.

To attract your audience, a visually appealing layout is crucial. Here are my top three strategies to improve your article's design:

Paragraphs serve as the foundation of your writing. If they all appear uniform, the text can quickly become dull and repetitive. To maintain reader interest, vary your paragraph lengths. Here are some guidelines I follow:
- Start and end paragraphs with compelling single sentences to draw readers in.
- Keep paragraphs to a maximum of two sentences; lengthy blocks of text create barriers.
- Aim for 3–4 lines per paragraph; if necessary, break them up or employ a single impactful sentence.
The brain thrives on variety, so altering paragraph length can enhance engagement.

Just like I demonstrated above, bullet points can effectively break up text. If I were to convey the same information using lengthy paragraphs, it might take 4-5 substantial blocks of text, which few readers enjoy.
Bullet points not only look appealing, but they also naturally draw attention to key points. For added creativity, you can arrange your bullet points by size for a more polished appearance.

Subheadings, like those I've utilized, simplify the reader's journey. Every reader prefers to skim through and grasp the main points of each section. These headings serve to clarify the different parts of your article, making navigation effortless.
While I typically reserve larger headlines for the title, feel free to use them within the article if you wish to emphasize specific sections.
